Summary: Mock247 offers a 7-day refund window for PRO subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied within 7 days of purchase and have not significantly used the PRO features, you are eligible for a full refund.
1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and purchases made on mock247.com, including the Mock247 PRO plan (monthly, quarterly, or annual). Free plan users are not affected by this policy.
2. Eligible Refund Conditions
You may request a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- Your refund request is raised within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- You have attempted fewer than 3 PRO mock tests since upgrading.
- Your account does not show significant use of premium features (downloaded materials, PYQ access, etc.).
- The request is submitted via email with your registered email address and order ID.
3. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Refund request is made after 7 days of purchase.
- Significant usage of PRO features has occurred (5 or more test attempts, downloads, etc.).
- The purchase was made during a promotional offer or discount campaign (unless a technical fault caused non-delivery).
- Request is made for a subscription renewal (unless cancelled before the renewal date).
- Failure in actual government exams — Mock247 provides preparation tools, not exam guarantees.
Note: If you wish to avoid an upcoming auto-renewal charge, please cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date from your account settings.
4. Technical Issue Refunds
If you experienced a verified technical issue that prevented access to PRO features for a continuous period of 48 hours or more, you may be eligible for a partial refund or subscription extension. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Your registered email address, Order ID / Transaction ID, purchase date, and reason for refund.

Our team will verify your request against the eligibility conditions and respond within 1–2 business days.

Refund Processed
Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
6. Refund Processing
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method (UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, wallet).
- Processing time: 5–7 business days after approval.
- Bank processing times may vary and are outside our control.
- We do not issue refunds in cash or via alternate payment methods.
7. Subscription Cancellation
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current billing period. You will continue to have PRO access until the end of your current subscription period.
To cancel, go to Account Settings → Subscription → Cancel Plan.
8. Governing Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
